I am a Senior Product Designer and Product Leader with 14 years of experience designing and leading B2B and B2C digital products across FinTech, banking, healthcare, e-commerce, education, and SaaS.

As a Product Designer, I bring deep expertise in UX Research, Interaction/UI Design, and Design Systems; I turn ambiguous problems into clear, scalable digital experiences.

In my projects, I use interactive prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility to validate hypotheses quickly.

As a Product Leader, I define product vision, build roadmaps, and prioritize features using Agile/Scrum methodologies. I work with KPIs and OKRs to align business goals with adoption, retention, and satisfaction metrics.

I lead multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI, engineering, and data, and manage executive-level stakeholders. I have created and implemented DesignOps and AI workflows to accelerate discovery, documentation, UX audits, and handoff.
