I am a Lead Product Designer with 14 years designing digital experiences across banking, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and SaaS, with a focus over the last 3 years on conversational design, prompt engineering, and building agents with generative AI.

I design and build end-to-end conversational flows: from user research and flow modeling to prompt engineering, automation with Make/n8n, and integration with LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, GPT-4 Vision).

I combine my UX background with vibe coding assisted by Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity to prototype functional agents and testing suites without depending on engineering teams.

I have implemented AI workflows within product teams to accelerate research, documentation, and handoff, and I mentor designers in adopting conversational tools and AI agents in their day-to-day work.
